After the most recent storm (July 2023), the down spout separated from the gutter and the house completely. AJ Gutters came out and repaired the same day I called. They gave me two options; one could be the same day repair in proper working condition or two, order another down spout and wait for an unknown amount of time. Well, the rain don’t need options.
